The Variable Labor OH by Qty / Cost is calculated when an operation moves. The prerequisite is that the actual labor cost must be posted against the operation prior to the operation being moved. This makes sense conceptually. However, for clients that use clock entry and approve clock entry process, the actual labor does not get posted until the next day (or later). The move happens in real time as an operation is completed. The issue is that since the operation is already moved / completed, the variable labor overhead does not get calculated when the labor is posted. This is a timing issue, and causes the production order to not incorporate the variable labor overheads. I am curious how other members of the community may have solved for this? Thanks!

I wanted to check best practice about Custom Fields. If you add a field to the Customization Project, publish the Customization Project, remove the field, and then publish again, then I think the field is deleted from the database. What happens if you unpublish the customization project, does the field get deleted too? Does the project check if any values are in the column being deleted from the database? Do I need to Export and Import to make sure I don’t loose the custom field data.I know that you have to unpublish customizations before upgrading versions so I don’t want to lose custom field data. Also, as this is a SaaS environment, who does the unpublish/publish when the upgrade is done automatically? If you have a number of tenants and the customization project is on an old tenant that then gets deleted, can you load the Customization Project to the current tenant so you can manage the Custom Field, and should you do this before or after the other tenant is deleted? I am adding various custom fields to Acumatica. All seem to work ok, except on one screen. I have done a test on a sales demo instance. Adding a field to Sales Orders screen works and the field updates and persists when saving and the reloading the record. Putting a field on the Kit Assembly screen allows you to edit it, but it doesn’t save. When you reload the screen the field value is gone. I guess I am missing something that I need to add but that the other screens don’t need, or I have done something wrong somewhere. The report itself is rather simple. It’s a profitability analysis report where I have to show how much item we have sold to a customer, filtered by date. Hello Acumatica Community,I'm curious to know if there's a way to link an image uploaded within Acumatica to a notification template without the system sending the image both as an embedded item and as an attachment in the same email.I've been encountering difficulties trying to achieve this functionality. Despite successfully displaying the image in the HTML where it's intended to appear, it's also being attached when the email is sent out. Interestingly, when I check the Email Activity at CR306015, it doesn't seem to be added as an attachment, yet it arrives in that manner.Any insights or assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated
Hello. I am looking for an idea or a solution to a problem. We have noticed a bug that is triggered when there are too many panels in the detail section, or when there is a section with "PrintOnEveryPage" in the middle of the report without the "PrintAtBottom" attribute. Under these circumstances, the actual footer moves up and down instead of staying where it should be. Is there another way to circumvent this problem other than not using panels in detail sections or working without "PrintOnEveryPage"?
HelloI am trying to add a custom field to the SO Line details, which will calculate Available Qty - Line Qty for each line on the sales order.We are trying to do this as we have orders which we import that contain thousands of lines, and after importing it is extremely tedious to scroll through to find the lines which have the “QTY will go negative” error tagged on them. We do not allow inventory to go negative in our system, and for our use case, we must put the “oversold” quantity of product onto separate orders.I dont know where to start with this, and any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Team, I added two custom fields, one on the project screen and one on the quote screen. I want to transfer values when a project is created from a quote. The fields are using the DACs 'PMSiteAddress' and 'CRAddress'. For the 'PMSiteAddress', I've created an extension class 'CRAddressExt' to add a custom field 'usrCounty'. We’ve had a push notification which has been working for quite some time, and then a couple of months ago, it simply stopped firing/triggering push notifications.After some investigation, it appears that when you make use of a custom field in the conditions tab of the GI that’s being monitored, it simply doesn’t trigger. To test my theory, I set up a super basic GI and managed to get push notifications to go through to https://webhook.site/. However, as soon as I add a custom field into the condition tab of the same GI, the push notifications no longer trigger. Based on this test, it looks like custom fields are no longer supported. We recently upgraded to the version 23.112.0032. Is anyone else aware of this change, and what options do I have to trigger push notifications based on a custom field on the SOOrder changing?
Team,I am trying to inlcude the Bill Description as part of the AP641000 check with Remittance in Acumatica, the only way I found to do the relation is to do a APPayment related to APAdjust and the APAdjust to the APInvoice to get the Bill Description. In this report, I used the BillType variable to now host the APInvoice.DocDesc, on a check with 3 bills paid, the remmirance DocDesc is correct for the first two lines, but not the third line. I hope somebody could check the report and let me know if I am missing something. report is on the zip attachment Thank you.
Hi All, We recently upgraded to 2022r1 version. In the incoming email GI CO4090PL, we can see the Owner field being set dynamically to the Owner of the respective Workgroup. Is there any setting that controls this dynamic allocation? We don’t want the dynamic allocation to happen.Regards,Vibin
