Hi,I have created a Database Script to increase the length of the PayItemCD field from 10 to 20, but I can't seem to find where to do this for the on-screen field shown below.I can type as many characters as I like into the Pay Item field, but once I click into another field, it cuts it down to 10 characters.I have updated the MaxLength property of the field, but that hasn't seemed to help.Is there another way to increase the length of this field?Kind regards,Andrew Enter as many characters as I want After clicking out of the field, text is shortened to 10 characters Max Length property set to 20
On a generic enquiry, how do i get the number/$ sum of invoices etc between to dates? I have seen the threads as to date differnce calculations, but they all seem to be related to getting the amount of days bewteen two dates. DateAdd( date, interval, number ) etc I want to get for example how much a customer spent in 2021 in a column.

I would like to set up a role that has access to be able to create workflows without having full Admin or Support permissions. I had thought the “Customizer” role would be sufficient, but when the user creates a project in Customization Projects, they are able to save it without issue. However, when they then click on the project they just created, they are unable to proceed. The following error message pops up: “acumatica-train:30003 saysYou have insufficient rights to access the object (ProjectBrowserMaint). Only by exporting the “Access Rights by Role” report am I able to find anything on Project Browser. It is the “Customization Project Browser” screen and only two Acumatica preset roles have delete status to it. They are the “Acumatica Support“ role and the “Administrator” role. I have verified this situation in the U100 SweetLife training data.I have searched using the Acumatica Navigation field for both Project Browser and Customization Project Browser and it yields zero records
I have a business event that I created to send email notifications to customers when their order has shipped. I want the email to be triggered when the shipment is marked as confirmed. I have set up a GI to pull in the correct data, but the business event is not triggering. See screen shots below. Has anyone else gotten their shipment notifications automated? Is this the correct approach or is there a better way?

Hello! We have an AP Aging report that has been customized and somehow the Vendor Class stopped working. I was able to get the lookup back but for some reason the report continues to ignore the selection and produces all records instead. I have compared the Parameters and Filters tab to a previous version that works and the settings are the same. Is there somewhere else I need to be looking in order to correct this?
