UOM -- Unit of Measure conversions need to match on pick ticket and on screen during confirm shipment

If you sell in a different UOM than you stock, there is a problem.  For example, stock as Roll, sell as EA. Customer orders 1000 ea.  The pick ticket goes to the warehouse as 50 rolls.  When our warehouse clerk goes into the shipping document, the screen shows 1000.  It is confusing our clerks.  In this example, it's easy to catch because of the difference between 1000 and 50.

When the difference is more subtle, they change the quantity on the screen to what the warehouse confirms they picked.
