I would like to see the ability to create a Service Order for Field Services from an Opportunity within CRM.
A customer calls in for a service, a salesman up-sales while on-site, and for many other reasons an Opportunity is created. This opportunity is important for tracking for sales personnel and obviously impacts their commissions. Since this Opportunity is not a long term project, but is more so a service that is needed then they would not want to convert this opportunity to a project. They would want to create a Service Order.
Add the ability to Create a Service Order in addition to the Creating a Project.
