Backorder status versus new partially shipped status

Definition of backorder (from web): an order for a product that has not been sent to the customer because it is not yet available or out of stock.

In Acumatica, orders are placed into 'backorder' status when a partial shipment is made. The order could be partially shipped because the customer carried part of the order with them, the order was requested in two different shipments, or the order has to be shipped from 2 different warehouses.

Proposed: a new status called "partially shipped" for orders where goods are available, but not yet placed on a shipment. Use the existing backorder status only when orders cannot be fulfillment.

Business Benefit: purchasing reports and shipping dashboards can contain actionable items. For example, you want partially shipped order to appear in a list of orders to be picked-packed-shipped and you want backorders to appear in a list of items for immediate action by the purchasing manager.

Need more "status" categories.  Open, on pick, on pack, invoiced.  Completed is a useless status.  An order that hasn't invoiced can still be called "completed" -- it's not!

This feature should also allow two or more Open Shipments for the same warehouse at the same time on an order.  Currently you can only have one shipment open for the same warehouse at the same time for an order, which is not the best workflow for companies who process multiple shipments for the same order concurrently.
