Setup Phone Mask at country level. Branch level setting applies to all countries

At present, we can setup Phone Mask at Branch level. This applies to all countries. I have noticed that we have Phone Mask column on Country and State tables. Can these be enabled and an option be provided to setup Phone Mask at country level?

    This really needs to be at the country level since every country has a different format for phone numbers.

    I think all we need is for the current Phone Mask field that is on the Companies (CS101500) screen to be added to the Countries/States (CS204000) screen.

    Then, when you select a country on a screen, it would need to apply that country's phone mask to all of the phone number fields on that screen.

    Currently I need to store other country phone numbers in notes field because they do not match US format which is set at branch level Localization. We have postal code format localization; but do not have phone number format at country Level.

    This is a really awkward issue for our customers who have customers in multiple countries.
