Hyperlinks in generic inquiries

We have an inquiry that contains the URL to a website and users have requested the ability to be able to directly click on the hyperlink from a generic inquiry; right now the system will display the URL (for example in the business account inquiry) but there's no way to directly access it short of copy-pasting the URL...

This would be very nice. Maybe just create a special screen that can be used on the NAVIGATION tab? The special screen could require one parameter, URL, which is the link to follow. This would allow you have a display value on the RESULTS GRID tab, but then have a separate calculated field on the RESULTS GRID tab which builds the URL. Then you could pass the calculated URL field on the NAVIGATION tab so the user wouldn't have to view the ugly looking URL.

Thank you for your suggestion. We'll consider adding it to existing Navigation functionality in Generic Inquiry.
