Change Default setting for Insurance to False in Business Accounts Screen

Currently, customers entered through the Business Accounts screen have an Insurance setting set to True by default.  This is an issue that has the potential for customers to be over-charged for shipping when inadvertently accepting the default setting, and can have a negative impact on fulfillment operations if the client's carrier accounts are not set-up for Insurance riders.  We have seen this impact for one of our clients and it has prevented them from processing shipments.  

 

There is no business reason for this setting to default to True out of the box if it cannot be configured through the use of a Business Account Class or through CRM preferences.  This default setting is creating an additional burden for clients as they now have to rely on salespeople to remember to go to the Shipping Settings tab in the Business Accounts screen and toggle the Insurance flag to "False".  

 

In short - change the code so that the CInsurance field is false for all screens.  It's impact on clients is expensive and disruptive.
