Calculate week number from date

There is a function in Excel called WeekNum(date) or ISO WeekNum(date) that will pull the week number 1 through 52 (or 53).

This would be great for report designer. I see something similar available in pivot table already so this would be nice also.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We consider this idea in the future.

    Right now it can be achieved via the customization.

    The first approach is to create a custom report function for that purpose.

    The second approach is described below.

    There is a special table in the database called DateInfo which has a corresponding Data Access Class in the PX.SM namespace (PX.Data assembly).

    It contains date-related information such as year, month, day, quarter, etc.

    You can add an additional column there for the week number and join it in the report.
