Ability to Set Permissions on Menu Tiles

Currently, Menu Tiles (example attached) are 'automatically' controlled through the Access Rights screen such that if for example the screen for 'Projects' (Screen ID: PM301000) is set to 'Insert' to a role, the system should automatically determine its visibility based on this level of permission.

However, there are scenarios where this 'automatic' control does not work consistently, hence showing a tile to a user which for example only has access set to 'View Only'. Furthermore, there can be cases where certain users should not be able to view this shortcut button, while others should be allowed to.

If Acumatica can implement this functionality, it would make the users' experience more fluent according to their permitted rights.

    Hi Nigel,

Thank you for your idea. We have some plans for redesigning access rights in the future to make them more suitable for Modern UI. We'll keep in mind your request about the tiles.
