We often have to order items on Service Orders for Customers. We are also scheduled out a couple of weeks and need to be able to schedule an appointment at the same time we order the product. Acumatica does not allow the ordered item to be brought over to the appointment until it is received. Is there a way to remove this limitation via a setting? This workflow doesn't really work for us. Often times users end up adding the item manually on the appointment which creates a second line on the service order.
