Add Fields to Apply Updates Screen to Help Support Upgrade a customers Instance.
Add Work Flow Communication to coordinate upgrade.
Fields that would be useful (Date When Customer Wants Instance to Be Updated)
Time When Customer will be off system 24 hr clock , and upgrade can occur.
Build Customer would like to move too.
-At this point either customer initiates a communication by pressing new button initiate upgrade scheduling.
-Email work flow is sent to Partner Or Partner of customer support.
Partner/Partner customer support can Accept, Delay Upgrade. Provide Reasons.
-Email then goes back to Customer if delayed with Reasons. ( This may initiate communication with his/her customer, delay may be due to customization, more testing required)
-If partner/ partner support approves, work flow proceeds to Acumatica Support.
Where workflow Accept / Delay, if provided.
-If Delay feedback to Partner/Partner support.
-If Accepted, Work is scheduled based on Customer parameters supplied, or alternate date/time provided.
-Upgrade Occurs, Notification to Customer/Partner/ Partner support.
