End Time on Timecard Detail and have hours calculated

There is a "Time" field on the detail time card which is a start time.  Adding an End/Stop time to the timecard would be helpful to record exact time spent on a job.  Also, if these are filled in, then calculating time spent would be helpful.  Some clients need to report actual start & stop times to customers when billing.
