Ideas for Acumatica

Pulling chat content automatically into contact chat activity

Every website has chat. It would be great to pull the chat content automatically into the contact chat activity in Acumatica CRM. Lets call it a chat connector software that does this. 

The chat client software would have to ask for the email id of the visitor. The chat connector software will try to find the email id in the Acumatica contacts assuming that the chat moderator signed into Acumatica. If the chat connector finds the contact, it automatically creates a chat activity, and streams the content of the chat into it. 

If chat connector doesn't find a contact, it creates a lead contact, and then proceeds as above. 

 

This would also solve to a certain extent the loss of chat messages. 

I guess that such chat connector software may exist already to a certain extent. Maybe use ITTT.com. 

Is there any chat software that integrates with MS Teams? If so, the chat content will be in MS Teams, and can be transferred to Acumatica.
