Integration w/ Major VOIP systems - Example - 8x8, RingCentral, etc.

These integrations would enable a variety of features for Acumatica. Examples include:1- Logging incoming phone calls from customers for reports. / 2 - Real time popup windows (showing the caller ID, Business Account ID  (matched by number in Business Account) with a link to activities feed for that account) Have a history to reference as you are answering customers call. / 3 - Send customers quotes by text. ( We quote a lot of field technicians that send us RFQs by text message)

ISVs are working on VoIP integrations with CRM. Lightspeed voice is a certified solution. Their listing on the Acumatica marketplace is here: https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/lightspeed-voice-prismbpx/

I've had two prospects ask about this functionality.  Apparently it is present in the other applications they are considering.

In addition, allow click-to-call from phone number fields in Acumatica Cloud ERP. I know a customer who has customized this capability with their Asterisk-based IP phone system.
