Add Device Hub Printer select for Scheduled Report Templates

The scheduled report template feature has always been a feature that was difficult to use because physical printing could never happen in the background with Acumatica.

 

Now, with the device hub, this is possible.  Add the Printer selection to the dialog when scheduling the report template, or to the Print and Email Settings so it is stored when saving the template.

 

This will allow unattended scheduled reports to be prepared and printed without interaction from the end user.

    Love this idea, especially related to anything in the Warehouse.

    With people working remotely I can see the ability to redirect any print job to a specific printer is a great idea for manual and scheduled reporting. The remote worker will not have the printer in the remote office/warehouse setup or connected on their local computer so they would need to direct it through a Device Hub connected printer. You get my vote.
