Add functionality to reset SiteMap

Over the years, after publishing dozens of packages, and upgrading to newer versions of Acumatica / our packages, our databases and our client databases have become cluttered with SiteMap data for pages that no longer exist.

This is an annoyance, especially for the ones who insist on using the legacy UI.

Acumatica should provide functionality to clear all SiteMap data back to default, then we could simply publish with cleanup, and all the proper SiteMap data from our packages would be populated.

This would also be useful if someone accidentally screws up the SiteMap by deleting nodes which they shouldn't and then saving.

I would also like to note that the last time I checked, unpublishing left the SiteMap data from the unpublished packages in the database.
