Partner Portal Support Attributes Defaults
Can you add something to the partner portal that will allow us to store the case attributes (product, version and build) to the contract master record? Then when I create a case, these are auto filled in?
That way, all I need to do is maintain the contract when I do a build upgrade. I'd recommend just having attributes on the contract but there will be times when I do a test build and need to raise a support request and also log support requests from the live system, so it's important to maintain the option case by case.
