It need to have a error knowledge in order for the users to figure out the cause of error and how to fix it.

    Suggestion – Put the link into the Knowledge Base Overview wiki.

    I would love to have a Knowledge Base where answers to support questions were posted for us to search and find answers.  It would make us more reliant and remove some of the burden from the support desk.
