Change the AP Debit Adj. document type to Credit Memo and the AP Credit Adj. document type to Debit Memo

Clients in the United States are used to referring to negative adjustments to payables as Credit Memos.  It is very confusing for them to have to use Debit Adj. as a negative adjustment.  There doesn't appear to be an easy way to change this in a customization.

    I agree with this and would love to see it changed. Every client I have worked with gets confused by this naming convention, because it is backwards from how other systems work. It is especially confusing for users who work in both Payables and Receivables and who have to remember which one is "backwards" and which one isn't.

    I agree 100%. We have struggled with this backwards terminology ever since we started using Acumatica.
