Pro Forma form does not display the employee name from an Expense Claim or an AP Invoice

Pro Forma form PM307000 has a column for employee and a column for vendor.  Both columns are empty if the transaction came from an expense claim or from an AP invoice in which the vendor was an employee.

Same issue when looking at Project Transactions. Doesn't show the vendor name.

Same goes for the project transactions window - it does not show the employee name from expense claims or AP entries.
