Examples would be:
If a Lead is converted to an Opp, make a new task or activity for someone based on fields or attributes. Then if that is completed, create another activity or update a field on the Opp. Even better would be if it could be converted to an Account/customer if the Opp was won.
Basically a more powerful workflow engine, with logic (if then or case) and the ability to make new records, send emails, update records, etc.
