Employee (especially Pharmacy industry) - lets say Pharmacist must be on premises for the Pharmacy to open the Pharmacy ("Drug Store") (Legal requirement). To manage this from Head Office:
a) Employee (Phamacist) must open the doors with Biometric recognition (face or finger etc.), as well as the tills on POS.
b) Time and attendance is recorded, auto passed through to Acumatica when Employee leaves the premises / logs off from shift, or the next Pharmacist starts the new shift.
c) Acumatica should be able to schedule when the Phamacist needs to be on duty, as they work on rotational basis (legal limit to the number of hours worked per week). In the event that pharmacist cannot be on premises he/she needs to arrange a Locum (stand-in Pharmacist). This calendar information should be shared on mobile, and reminders sent to next person to be on duty (users to determine Hours or Min before the notification is to be sent (also needs confirmation of acceptance of the notice to be on duty).
d) The information about Time and Attendance should be recorded into Acumatica. Ideally Acumatica should also have a complete Payroll and ESS solution integrated so that this time and attendance (as proved by biometrics) is then updated to the employee Payroll information.
