AR Contracts allow customers to do business with the services department. However when they expire, that's it, customers can no longer file cases nor can service enter them. This can cause disruption in customer's operations. Ordinarily this should be handled properly by the contract or accounting team in advance as they can see expiring contracts. However not everything is ordinary.
A preference should be provided to true/false show warning. Number of days in advance, and lastly an internal checkbox in case the warning is only for company employees and should not be visible to the customer on the portal.
Warning should appear as a yellow exclamation right next to the contract field on the cases screen and the portal case screen.
