The tabular report feature is great to get results for a variable range of data (i.e. multiple periods or multiple customer classes). However, I have had a number of situations where the customer would also like to see the total for each row in a final column on the right. In order to get a total column, the report either needs to have a static column set up and use variables (which is more maintenance as new classes are created, etc. and less user friendly for the client since they have to run the full report every time.
