This is bringing a lot of pain on my projects as well. Particularly in the PO, IN, Project modules since one control account can only be used in one module although PO doesn't actually impact GL.

Another option would be to allow configuration of multiple ledgers to post to a control account as some other products do.  Example PO Accrual Account -  both IN and AP need to be able to post to the GL account, but we want to prevent other modules from posting to it.

    Dear Kevin,

If you need to restrict manual data entry to the PO accrual account, configure it as a control account for PO module and clear the Allow Manual Entry checkbox on the Chart of Accounts (GL202500) form.

    Dear Sammy,

PO accrual account should be marked as a control account for PO module even though the system uses it in several modules.

Do you experience issues with accounts other than PO accrual account?

    Regards,
