Alert Notification when emails are stuck in Outgoing

We need an alert notification showing the configured user that emails are stuck in the outgoing. Emails can get stuck for a number of reasons but users rely upon Acumatica to get these emails out.
Normally email systems will produce a bounceback email, or the email client will issue an error if there is a connection problem to the SMTP server.
But with Acumatica users don't know the problem exists until recipients start complaining...that's too late.

    As workaround you can configure Business Event which will trigger on new email in failed status, or select all email from outgoing folder by schedule, and sent notification to the sender if email is too long in Pending processing status. It is necessary to configure generic inquiry which will retrieve emails from SMEmail table by appropriate conditions first.
