Note File Attachment(s) on Appointment Can Be Configured to Share

When a field service person adds a photo or other file from the mobile app, that attachment currently stays only in that appointment, and is therefore unavailable to technicians dispatched to that service location in the future. In the typical service industries (HVAC, Plumbing, and other Contractors), it is in many cases necessary for the tech to have vision of the images that past technicians have captured of that particular piece of equipment or service location. It would be nice if this were configurable to share these files or not to share.
