As an additional step towards no code customizations, the ability to interact with GI Side Panels that are attached to Screens would be very helpful. For example, being able to add records from the GI into Document Details, or AP Bill Documents to Apply, Journal Transactions, etc. This gives end users/consultants more flexibility on how to perform lookups while adding records into primary document screens.
Under customziation workflow allow optional interaction configuration to select any key field common to the Side Panel GI and to the Grid from the Screen.
Then allow for a either multi-record select on the GI Sidepanel and a select button, and/or a drag and drop for dragging records to the target grid.
This would require target grids to be upgraded to support receipt of records so it could be a phased rollout.
