Use Case: Two contracts for a customer. One is Unlimited Support usage and one is a block of hours. The techs make mistakes by not choosing the correct contract
When selecting a specific case class, choose from only the correct available contract types.
Add a preference to the contract template (see screenshot) so that we can configure an associate to available case classes.
When creating a new case the only case classes available are based on the contract, This needs to work in the Customer Portal too.
