Case management, put case on pending customer, create activity

When a case is placed into the status Pending Customer and when it is returned back from this status, we should create an activity entry. This can be very useful for tracking the liability of a support case between customer and vendor.
I.E. We have been waiting on the customer for several days, our response time is still within the SLA threshold.
