Production Data on Cost Budget Tab

It would be helpful to modify the "Cost to Complete", "Cost at Completion" and "Perecent Complete" columns on the Cost Budget tab to be interactive. If the Project Manger enters an amount in "Cost to Complete", it needs to update "Cost at Completion" and "Percent Complete". If the Project Manager, enters "Cost at Completion", then the "Cost to Complete" and "Percent Complete" need to be updated. And finally, if the Project Manager enters "Percent Complete", then the "Cost at Completion" and "Cost to Complete" need to update.

This will allow the Project Manager to better project their costs and be able to interact with the budget to give a final project projection for wip reporting in addtional to cost budget analysis & variance analysis.

These fields also become visible within Project Cost Budget, labeled 'Projected Cost to Complete', 'Projected ...'.
