Ability to load all details from Estimation Tab to Cost Budget when converting Project Quote to a Project

Currently when a project quote is converted to a project it sums like lines instead of loading them as seen in the estimation tab. Would like the ability to select if the lines are to be summed and if so by what ( Revenue account group, Task, cost code and or cost account group) or if that the lines are copied to the project cost budget tab as separate lines.

Agree! If you build out the project quote estimation line by line, the cost budget and revenue budgets should mirror those line items instead of "aggregrate".

Or as users suggest, perhaps there is an option to summarize or expand/collapse, similar to the "group by task" option that already exists.

Another option would be to allow the capability within the Project's Revenue and Cost Budget Tabs to drill down to the underlying detail of the non-summarized Project Quote's Estimation Tab. The estimate detail stays in the Project Quote so a drill down to that information could work as well.

    Hi Nick,

Could you please provide us an example of estimation details and the anticipated project cost budget lines?

    Best regards,

    Kate
