It would be great to be able to hyperlink to files or to the web. We are currently putting in the URL for our leads to the leads LinkedIn and Zoom accounts. Then URL to the company Linked In and websites. The sales team would love this to be a hyperlink and open in a new tab.

It would be really nice if the Description showed instead of the Value ID.

I agree entirely.  We specifically would like to the a control type of "Amount", "Float", and "Integer".  We currently cannot create an amount type so we have to use "text".  We then run the risk of someone entering the same amount as $1,000.00, 1000, 1000.00, etc.  It makes it a nightmare with reporting.
