Enable Item Cross-Reference in Field Service

The Item Cross-Reference is a fantastic tool used in AP/AR/SO/PO but unfortunately does not work in Field Service.

Often times a tech is on site repairing a piece of equipment and there is a stamp/barcode/something that will identify the vendor part number. It would be ideal to be able to add a replacement item to the Service Order/Appointment by using that alternate (vendor) id.

Even if we would have to define the cross-reference as a 'Global' instead of Customer/Vendor specific, it would still give a workaround and be a very significant step in a positive direction.
