Currently if you have a Task or Event linked to a Customer/Business Account/Opportunity in Acumatica and you view it on the mobile app, there is no vision of the underlying Customer/Business Account/Opportunity that it is linked to, essentially making viewing of Tasks and Events in the mobile app useless. All you can see is the description of the Task and any notes added.
If you have several similar tasks and events scheduled for contacts, all the mobile app delivers is a confusing list of ambiguous scheduled tasks, and it is necessary to login to full Acumatica to get the details you need.
The same is true in the Exchange integration. Nothing related to the underlying Customer/Business Account/Opportunity is passed. All you have to work with is a summery and description of the activity.
