Add Time Estimates on Service Contracts Merged

Currently service contracts do not have a feature to put time estimates per service line on the schedule.

For example:

Annual inspection sold at a flat price quantity of one. Time estimation is driven from default time estimate on the non-stock item.

In our industry that time estimate could be anywhere from one hour to a full 8 hour day over several weeks.
