Ability to assign AP Bills to Cases; Allow billing Cases directly on timecards

Some of our Support cases are assigned to outside consultants. It would be helpful to be able to assign their AP Bill to the Case. Currently only the project is available. It would also be helpful if employees could directly add time to a case from their timesheet and not require them to go into the case to add time.
