Limit new Case Notifications to only when the case is first created - not when the case is touched

It should be a field under the notification definition where the user could select the actions, e.g. New record, Changed, Deleted. The notification should validate the action with the record behind scenes before it can be triggered.

    You can configure in the notification which field should be watched for modification, so that the notification will only be sent when it's created. There's an issue however right now if you add the notification to a system which has existing cases, and this will be reworked in the future.
