Ship To at Line Level

Make it possible to create a single order with lines that get delivered to different locations. At a basic level, this would work by picking from a list of predefined locations, and then having the system create the necessary shipments as part of the shipment creation process.

    Hi Jeff,

Can you estimate the percentage of your customers that need this feature? Is it more common in a specific industry? In my experience it is an advanced feature required by a small number of customers only. I had a couple request before, only time I saw it used was a customers doing EDI transactions with Walmart, and receiving massive orders with multiple ship-tos.

Gabriel, I am pretty new to Acumatica but we have a prospect that this is a request for.  And I know another company on SL that I am pretty sure uses this in SL and we were thinking of converting them but without this functionality I don't think we can.  I used to do SL and I think it was maybe 25% of the time this was used.

FYI - FUSION is planning to deliver this option as part of their warehouse management solution for Acumatica.

This is a common requirement when performing EDI related transactions with larger department stores

This would be awesome.  I have a client that needs this.  If the SOLines could be split and shipped to multiple addresses or if each line could be assigned to a specific address, both options would be great!

Currently considering Acumatica in our research for a new ERP solution. This is an important feature that we would need based on the way we do business. In our research, it appears that Netsuite has this feature.

Netsuite definitely has this feature.  We pulled out of a project because Acumatica didn't have it as it is a requirement for an application were considering.

I have been in the Acumatica ecosystem for 4 months. During this time, I have already received this requirement from 2 prospects. It would be great to include this enhancement on the near-term roadmap!

As a concrete product manufacturer and supply yard with our own freight trucks this would be very helpful. Any progress on this idea? We're on 2018R1. I believe Prophet 21 allows this, if I'm not mistaken, maybe others?

It seems that this feature has a lot of votes. I see it is marked for future consideration, but I know that there are deals and implementations where this feature is an absolute requirement. I hope that Acumatica realizes how important this feature is and that their competitors already have this in place.

I hope they move it to planned from future very soon.

I have implemented GP and SL and used this feature in Multiple implementations.  I have an implementation right now that DESPARATELY needs this feature.  Any update??

This should also be included in Purchase Orders as well!  Need the ability to have multiple shipping addresses for PO's--especially Drop Ship PO's.

I have a Customer that does a lot of chain store orders from corporate. They will get an order for 1700 stores, which currently means 1700 Sales Orders.

We have to use an Import Scenario to get these orders into the system. Would be nice to be able to have one order with 1700 lines. It is difficult to tie the orders together. We are using the reference field, but could use this for other purposes.

Any idea when this will be in the standard product. Not sure what Fusion did, but we do not need to buy their product for this implementation.

This functionality was used by most of my clients on Dynamics GP and SL both on the Sales and Purchasing side.  I have a prospect right now that was dismayed that Acumatica doesn't have it.  They use it now in Dynamics GP both on Sales and Purchasing.
