Allow cases for Vendors and Employees

It would be nice to be able to track cases for Employees and Vendors which would make the CRM a little more complete. This could be done using a separate case class which would be non billable of course.

    Our company uses cases to track billable and nonbillable employee activity, which then ties in to our time cards. By not allowing cases to be created with employees as contacts, there is an entire segment of time that cannot be tracked through cases.
