Approve Bills Screen Clicking Included Checks All Instead of Just the Current Page

Currently on the Approve Bills for Payment screen, when you click the Included box it only selects all for the current page.  If you have thousands of payments, selecting page by page to approve bills will take a significant amount of time.  The idea is instead, when you click Included it should include all pages and not just the current page.  It is a huge time saver for those who need to have approval for bills.

    The same behavior is implemented for all Acumatica forms having the Included check box: when a user selects it on the table toolbar, only the records on the current page become selected.

    You can consider using approval maps that would allow you to skip approval of documents that meet certain criteria, for example with an amount below the specified threshold.
