Make it possible to post accrued expenses when using non-stock items that have a standard cost

Acumatica allows you to set the standard cost on non-stock items, but doesn't record anything in the GL during posting. The field is used for informative purposes only. It should be possible to have system record this cost and offset it to an accrual account.

Sage 100 allows you to put a standard cost on non-stock items and the sales update/shipment process will post the COGS/Inventory part of the entry (in addition to the Sales/AR).

Everest also had this feature.  its commonly use when clients want to accrue cost for things like labor, freight, etc..  this helps account for such costs when looking at profitability of sales.  It is also critical for commissions that are based on profit.

In Acumatica 2019 R2 we added the ability to accrue costs for non-stock items based on standard costs, markup percentage, or a percentage of the sales price.
