The new OData feature that allows you to connect Acumatica data directly to products like Microsoft Excel and Power BI is awesome!
However, it got me thinking. If I create some cool Excel reports and they become popular in my company, I would want to know who is refreshing them and when. Knowing this would also help in troubleshooting general Acumatica slowness issues that are due to popular OData connections being refreshed too often because you could determine at what points in the day that the refresh traffic is heavy.
Would it be possible to add an option called OData Refresh to the Operation drop down on the Access History (SM201045) screen? It should capture a record each time data is refreshed over an OData connection.
