Add flag to include items with 0 quantity in physical inventory count

Allows for these items to appear on count sheets and if stock exists can be counted. For some customers, it is more efficient to work this way.

Next update! May not be a check box, but 0qty are finally going to be available.  Based on item warehouse detail active status.

This question came up every time I taught the Distribution class at Acumatica.

Paul, do you think this got included already? I checked Build 17.200.0223, but it doesn't look like it's there.

Extremely important - do not assume that there is no inventory just because the balance in Acumatica is zero.  All companies would like their inventory to be that accurate but in the real world that never happens.  The count system is only partially functioning the way it is.

Could you please clarify the scenario.

Do you need this option for PI types with generation method selecting some sets of certain Inventory Items ( By Inventory, By Cycle,  By Item Class etc.)?

And on which location items with 0 qty should be added? for all locations defined in the  PI type?

Then it will be a huge amount of lines with 0 Qty in the PI count sheets (all existed inventory IDs multiplied by numbers of warehouse locations).
