Acumatica Row Definition needs ability to display and report on specific cost centers

Acronis needs a report showing GL Accounts with postings to SubAccount Cost Centers 0000 and 0600.  We cannot filter on the Cost Center section of the SubAccount number on the Trial Balance Details Report (see previously reported bug).  So I thought we would create a report for them showing what they need to see.  They need to see all GL Account/SubAccount combinations that have a balance in Cost Centers 0000 and 0600 for GL Accounts greater than 49999.

I set up a Row Set with Expand Sub and Row Description Code-Description.  The Report shows the SubAccount number but you have no idea what GL Account the balance is affiliated with.

There needs to be a way to display both Account and SubAccount on a Report.

It is not the case that this ability already exists in Acumatica.  Please see the support ticket I created about this issue.  It was support that said I should create an enhancement request.

It is not possible to generate a report that shows both the GL Account and Subaccount on one report. I am not talking about drilling down from a report that shows either Account or Subaccount. I already ran this through the Help Desk. They suggested I submit an enhancement request.

    Hi Mary,

It's possible to configure the data source to include multiple sub accounts, or a range of sub accounts without the need to use expansion. Take a look at my presentation at, slide 11. For sub accounts, there's a customization needed to get the start sub account field to allow ranges; it's very simple and I can explain your technical team how to do it, they can contact me by e-mail.
