Allow pick list selection & grouping of equipment for Equipment Timecards

Improve the functionality for equipment timecards to allow grouping /selection of equipment and a bill rate of daily, weekly, etc.  On one project we may use 70-100 items that have serial numbers and the process of adding/editing 100 equipment timecards is not a good solution.

It would be beneficial for us to be able to the be able to run a report that would identify on which projects and when this equipment was used.

Having all the equipment in the system, where the project leader could open the timecard select the equipment, and simply add 1 item to the project would be a better solution.
