Important that field technicians can do the following:

    1. Lookup their appointments - including date/time and location

    2. Enter start time when they arrive at an appointment

    3. Enter end time when they leave an appointment

    4. Add inventory items used during the repair/service call

I'm sure there are others, but these are the most frequent ones I run into in demos.

I asked and I received ... I have a pre-release version of the mobile site map which exposes the appointments screen.

When will this be in GA?  We are in desperate need of this.  It would save a ton of phone calls between technician and NOC attendants.

The mobile app is available for download on the partner portal > download software > Services

If SaaS, Acumatica team will need to edit the XML file.

Install the mobile site map files so you can see the Appointments List and Route Document Worksheets on your mobile device as shown to the right.

    • Installation Directory: {c:/Program Files (x86)/AcumaticaERP/your-site-name}/App_Data/Mobile/
    • Copy and paste lines from the mobilesitemap.xml file into your existing mobile site map xml file. If you replace the entire file, then you will remove all functionality except the Field Services piece
    • Copy 3 files into the /includes directory
    • Copy 2 files into the /includes/hidden directory

It can be deployed through a customization package, even on SaaS. No need to manually deploy the file.
