I have a client who pointed out to me that on their customer portal Closed Cases are not displaying the “Last Activity Date” on the “Closed Cases” (SP204010).Is this a known bug with 22.126 version that is fixed in new versions? Or is this some kind of configuration that is missing? The screenshot below is of my local test installation of Acumatica with SweetLife and does the exact same behavior that the clients site portal is doing.

If I have a single SQL DB with multiple tenants and want to have multiple customer portals for each tenant are there any issues or special configurations that I need to setup or be aware of after creating the tenant portals with the Acumatica Configuration Wizard?
We have a set number of Users who have permission to log into our Portal per client. In this example, let’s say we have Company X with User A, User B, and User C. Only these three Users can log into the Portal to submit tickets. They can also email our Support email address to submit a new Case. Unfortunately, this also means that anyone emailing our Support can submit tickets despite whether or not they are set up in the Portal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to automatically reject Cases submitted by individuals who are not configured as Users? I’m sure we could create a Business Event but I’m not sure what conditions we would need. Any help is appreciated!
Wondering if anyone has found a way to import Google Ads Lead Form submissions (presumably using Webhooks) to import leads generated by the Google Ads Lead Form into Acumatica CRM Marketing Leads? If so, any guidance on how you did it?
Can we change and make the URL of the Acumatica from http://localhost/AcumaticaERP to https://by30csr7tga1.share.zrok.io/AcumaticERP by using tunneling service tools? Is this possible ?
Does anyone know of an email service (already integrated with Acumatica would be nice) that allows cold lists to be used? The members of the list have not opted in. The user is aware that this practice is considered spamming by many.They have investigated SendGrid, which does not allow cold list endeavors.
I have 2 instances where I’m very confused: I have identical snapshots - in one the validate records process finds duplicate contacts and in the other no duplicates are found. I have a comparison rule set for Account to Account. The set has 2 rules, neither of which will surpass the threshold if both conditions are met. Yet, validate records finds duplicate business accounts.My instance is 23R2.
Is there a way to login as a user on the customer portal, as there is in the main ERP environment?I need to troubleshoot what a user is seeing, but can’t find a way to login as them.
I want to get a count of Sales Quote Created within a given time range.When a quote is created - it is created in a Draft Mode the Quote number is q0003, If this quote is converted it is then save as another quote q0004. If i wanted to count total quotes in a time period this would be counted as 2 quotes. How can i solve this problem since this should only be counted once. It could have been canceled or accepted as well. Thanks

Has anyone successfully used Acumatica CRM/Marketing functionality to conduct drip marketing campaigns? Example scenario: When someone fills out a form on our website, they’re automatically captured as a lead and added to an awareness drip campaign. It’s comprised of sending the lead 14 emails spread out over the course of 12 months.Is it possible to automate such a campaign using Acumatica functionality?
Has anyone found a way to modify the default template used when creating an email from a Case? Something is automatically populating the subject line and To address, but would it require customization to change or is it something we can change easily?
Ver:23.110.0025We have an incoming email coming in to create new case. Email will show under case activity. now we want to change the email related entity type from “Case” to “Vendor” and set related entity to an existing vendor. The email would not be under case activity anymore(this is correct) but strangely not showing under vendor activity tab either. In “All emails”, the record is displaying correct related entity as vendor nubmer we selected. I have checked database record, the BaccountID was missing for the CRActivity record, once that field was filled with correct vendor’s BaccountID, the activity would show under the vendor. Is this a bug??
